Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Items marked as Final Sale, including promotional or discounted products, are sold as-is and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except where required by applicable Canadian law (e.g. defective or incorrect items).
Return Process
Before sending any item back, customers must contact our customer support team by email to request return authorization.
Please include the following information in your message:

- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the item, if the product is defective or damaged
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as JEUNE ROSE CO., LTD is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Exchanges and Store Credit
When eligible, exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
In certain cases, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund. Store credits are issued electronically and do not expire.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise required by law.
Please allow a reasonable processing time after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the issue and your order number so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
In addition to Final Sale items, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery
